Oh well, finally i watch this movie on yesterday, and it's sooo damn nice! For me, this is the best movie of the year so far i couldn't find any reason to skip this must-watch movie. Woohoo~! Today is my 17th birthday and yesterday my friend was given me a huge surprise! Before heading to gurney plaza, joey and lynn have blowed 17 balloon and put inside the car (both of them also having asthma but they are still willing to do so, very touched lah wey >.<). So last year our school photography club was selected to join the photography camp by sony company and also the 'CLICK' magazine. We were here to grab the grand prize and each team will work together to produce a full presentation of photo documentary project. What's the title? The title of year 2010 was Living With Nature, that's mean we have to document the daily livelihood of an Orang Asli family. I think this is good for us to know the religion, language, tradition and lifestyle about the Orang Semai.

And we are actually named ourself by the 'Vertical Shooter'. lol

Bon Odori Festival '11

Last saturday i was attended this yearly event - Bon Odori Festival which is at penang esplanade. So what is bon odori? Is actually held mainly to expose locals to a part of Japanese culture, the festival provides the experience of a variety of Japanese food and drinks, art and dance. So here are some photo taken at afternoon of that day.

This is the second year i went there, but is the 1st time i reach there about afternoon and is really better to have a shot with those blue sky. lol

Hello Everyone and its July now! The time passes so quickly and very soon is my trial exam @.@. Besides that, there was a good tidings for our school photographing club few weeks ago. We finally organised a event like model photoshooting, of course is not the real 'model',haha we are just looking for a good looking guys and gals from our school student. So here are some photos that i took during the session.

I have no idea where the teacher find this red board as our model background. Because it feel like kinda 'old fashion' HAHA but we cannot be so picky right? So what i have to do is just shoot it.

HAHA. This was my idea, hope that they are don't mind to so. lol but they are deserve the high rate of facebook's like =D

Should i draw a love symbol above their head? Hmm....=P

There was a outdoor photoshooting also, they were set up the reflector thingy.

Our lecturer - Max Lim, a prominent photographer from The Camo Studio, he is teaching the model how to pose it as well.

My new lens! The Nikkor 35mm f/1.8 !

Woohoo~ My brother just brought me to the Excel Photo Trading, and i bought a new lens and a rechargeable batteries! The price is still consider reasonable lah, but the things is their service is superb, friendly enough than the other camera shop ( which is at prangin mall ). Hee, so lets see what i play with my 35mm! =)

The 1st photo for my daily swatch, the sharpness can even see the scratch.

My favorite car from Hotwheels when i was a child. LOL

The bokeh performances is so lovely~this is a original vivid photo from my nikon. My normal lens sure can't do so.

So my friends was asked me why don't you choose the 50mm? Ya its cheaper but compare to the focal length, 35mm is wider so that's why i'm choose this. So far i have nothing to complain about this lens, the bokeh is awfully with this lens. You can snapping into focus quickly and easily, no doubt it is a one of sharp lens from Nikkor. If you are consider this lens, just go for it, it can give you a lot of surprise.

Photoshoot at Chew Jetty Part 2 !

So back to the chew jetty post, as the last post saying, there is no sunrise can take, so we try something else over there.

This is the first shoot i took at six in the morning. During the time was school holiday, so i no longer had to wake up at 6am, and i almost over sleep on that day. Other than sunrise, the blue sky in this was so impressive too...

A numerous of fishing boat was "park" around the dock.

Chyn Lee. Another photographer from Heng Ee high school photographing club. And also nikon D90 user. =D

This part 2 will be end up with my very 1st self-portrait photo.

Photoshooting Day At Chew Jetty !

After the x-men post, i'm going to share some photo during the photoshoot at chew jetty. It was happened at last saturday, so i took turn on 5am in the morning, because we suppose to take sunrise BUT its soo cloudy that day. Chew jetty are actually a traditional fishing settlement and also a well known place in the penang heritage. Apart from taking sunrise, we still have many themes to enjoy and for photoshoot too.

The wooden walkway is the one of the particular things for the Chew Jetty.

Sorry for the long long time din't update on my blog. But i will try my best to update all the photo about what i did in my holiday. So yesterday i went to gurney plaza for the X-men movie with lynn and joey.

This movie is actually quite nice for the x-men fans because the action graphics is much more better than the last series, and i finally know why the professor X have to use the wheelchair. If you want to know why, then walk in the cinema by urself, if not the wolverine will ask you " go f*ck yourself" Haha !

As what i mentioned in the last post, i was attended the Chung Ling High School Concert and its held at their school hall. Here are some photo of that night.

Last saturday i went to figure out the features of Ck's 60D. The tilt-able LCD is pretty good,so these are the sample photo. And after that we are attended Chung Ling High School Concert. More photo will up soon.

Wao its the Labour Day. But the hot topic of that day no doubt is the football match Manchester United vs Arsenal at Emirates Stadium. Actually i'm not a supporter from this two team,but i do support Chelsea Fc, so i was hopefully "MU" can be defeated. So that night we are gather at eugene's house to match this match.

Just after the half-hour mark, Vidic clearly tips the ball out of the path of Van Persie, but the referee and linesman somehow fail to notice it, so he just gives the linesman an earful.

In the 56th minute, Ramsey deftly steers a first-time shot into the far corner of the net. Everyone is shouting "YES ,YEAH !" for celebrate it.

Monday May 2nd
Its Holiday! and we went to gurney plaza for screening of the Thor 3-D.

Its damn nice and funny also. The movie is talk about Thor , a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. As a result, Thor is banished to Earth, where he is forced to live among humans. When the most dangerous villain of his world sends its darkest forces to invade Earth, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero.

After that we went MPH bookstore and ping lin said that he will become muscular one day .Haha

Yeah, this pairs is the Limited EDT Vault x adidas Consortium 'Rod Laver" which is already release at the juice KL on last sunday, the price is RM479, but these photo i took it at Chamber, Marina Bay Sands. Wohoo! Limited EDT Vault has added their own unique twist on the classic rod laver vintage, a perennial favorite for the adidas Consortium partners.The sneakers sport a rich night-sky blue "Tron-like" leather upper with a squared turquoise cross-hatching that glows in the dark. The Trefoil and ‘Vault’ motifs are seen on the leather sock-liner and embroidered patch on the tongue.

1940年，粵劇伶人李海泉(梁家輝飾)在美國三藩市登台時，妻子何愛榆(鍾麗緹飾)為他誕下了四子李振藩 (即李小龍)。童年時的李小龍精力充沛，是眾兄弟姐妹中最搗蛋的一個。李小龍(李治廷飾)少年時期有三名好友，分別是小麒麟(歐陽靖飾)、奀仔(陳奐仁飾) 和劉連光(張一山飾)，四人經常結伴同遊，在涼茶鋪聽留聲機跳恰恰舞，更不時與人動武，常常闖禍。他與劉連光同時為曹達華的女兒曹敏兒 (謝婷婷飾)傾心。另一邊廂，他與梁醒波女兒文女(貢米飾) 亦是青梅竹馬，可惜神女有心，襄王無夢，令這段四角戀情成為了李小龍人生中一段苦澀的回憶…

Charlie St. Cloud (Zac Efron) is a sailor who wins a boat race along with his younger brother Sam (Charlie Tahan), and receives a sailing scholarship to Stanford University. Charlie graduates from high school and after getting home from his graduation ceremony, Charlie promises Sam, that they will practice baseball together every day until he leaves. Later that night, Charlie was supposed to go to a graduation party with his friends, but his mother Claire (Kim Basinger) makes him babysit Sam while she picks up another shift at her job as a nurse. When Sam is asleep, Charlie tries to sneak out and go to the party. But he is caught by Sam when he turns his fog lights on and asks Charlie to drive to his friend Tommy's house, Charlie gives in when Sam makes compliments about his car. Whilst driving, Charlie and Sam talk about Charlie's departure until they get into a bad car accident with a Mack semi-trailer. Although a paramedic named Florio Ferrente (Ray Liotta) is able to revive Charlie, Sam succumbs to his wounds, and dies in Charlie's arms. At Sam's funeral, Charlie runs off after being unable to put a baseball glove in the grave and finds Sam's spirit. Charlie keeps his promise to Sam by practicing baseball with him every day at sunset.
Five years later, Charlie, who gave up his scholarship, is now caretaker at a cemetery. During a trip into town, Charlie visits the boat docks and meets Tess Carroll (Amanda Crew), a sailor who dreams of one day sailing around the world. The following day, Charlie runs into Florio Ferrente, the paramedic who saved his life. Ferrente is dying of cancer and questions Charlie if he ever wonders why he was saved and tells him there is a reason for his gift. Charlie returns to the cemetery and finds Tess injured, with whom he develops a relationship. Meanwhile, Sam begins to feel that Charlie is forgetting him when Charlie arrives late for their game of catch. However, Tess follows Charlie as he explains to her that the more he is in her world, the less he can be in Sam's.
Later, Charlie discovers that Tess had gone missing while sailing through a storm a few days earlier, revealing that Charlie could see her just like he could Sam. Ferrente's wife Carla (Francesca in the book) comes to Charlie and tells him that Ferrente had died the previous night and to give him his lucky medallion that he wore the night Charlie was revived. However, while visiting with Sam, Charlie realizes that Tess is not dead and that there's still time to save her life. Along with his friend Alistair and Tess's coach, Charlie and the group take a boat to find Tess based on Charlie's instincts that he knows where she is. The following sunset, Charlie finally misses his game with Sam. As Charlie apologizes, Sam simply tells Charlie that he loves him and takes off as a shooting star to point out Tess' location. The group finds Tess' wrecked boat along with her lying on a rock. Charlie uses his body heat to keep themselves warm until they are eventually found.
Charlie and Tess are taken to the hospital where Alistair tells Charlie that Tess had hypothermia and that he saved her. Later, Charlie purchases an old boat and asks Tess if she would like to take a ride with him. However, Tess fears him explaining that she had been having vivid dreams about them together. Charlie tells Tess that her dreams are memories. Tess takes the chance and goes sailing with Charlie. Charlie decides to resign from his job and goes into the forest to reminisce and say farewell to an older Sam (Chris Massoglia in a deleted alternate ending scene), telling him they'll always be brothers, before leaving the forest with Tess. During the credits, Charlie and Tess finally sail around the world and say goodbye to the citizens in their town.
